- Contact Details: Verified phone number, full name, and email address for dispatch alerts and receipts.
- Geolocation & Vehicle Data: Real-time GPS location coordinates to dispatch the closest certified tow truck or mechanic, alongside vehicle make, model, year, and breakdown symptoms.
- Service History & Invoices: Timestamped service dispatch logs, provider notes, and direct settlement receipts for your records.

All data exchanged between our mobile apps, web portals, and backend infrastructure is protected using modern TLS encryption standards. Access to administrative systems is restricted via multi-factor authentication and strict role-based access controls (RBAC).
